Piccolo Coffee Roasters aims to source green coffee beans from around the world, and bring to our customers the experience of artisan roasting, blending and tasting.
Beans will be sourced from diverse coffee plantations principally in Brazil, Honduras, Ethiopia and Papua New Guinea.
Our coffee roaster is in transit. Once installed, the aroma of freshly roasted coffee will be a trademark of the business. Customers will be able to taste and purchase beans or freshly ground coffee for home or business.
Tim & Carmel Brady have over 15 years experience in the coffee industry, and look forward to sharing their ever-expanding knowledge and experience through this new business.
Piccolo, n., pl. –los. 1. a small flute, sounding an octave higher than the ordinary flute. 2. a single espresso shot in a 100ml cup which is then filled with steamed milk. This results in a 90ml drink, with a 1:2 ratio of coffee to steamed milk.
